  • Guided tour of Historic Area, Old Town and Turquoise Museum in Albuquerque.
  • Three dinners included at Cooperage Restaurant, Sandiago’s and El Pinto
  • Balloon Fiesta events including “Balloon Glow”, “Mass Ascension” and Afterglow Fireworks.

Deposit is refundable up to final payment time and then everything is non-refundable after final payment but there may be some chance to substitute names up to one week prior if you can find a replacement. RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
Reservations may be made by phoning Reynolds Travel at 614-847-8008 or 866-880-0577. Full payment is due at time of booking and may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or personal check. If paying by check, payment is due within 3 days of the reservation. If paying by check, make checks payable to Reynolds Travel and mail to:

All reservations will be acknowledged with a printed confirmation on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow two weeks to receive a confirmation.

LAND-ONLY PACKAGES
Land-only packages may be purchased by those wishing to travel on their own. Packages include all items listed as “air package features,” exclusive of air transportation, airport/ hotel transfers and airport baggage handling.

SPECIAL CHILDREN’S PRICING
Children’s rates are limited to those 17 years of age or under sharing a room with at least one adult and using existing bedding configuration. Roll-aways will incur extra charges. Requests for roll-aways are subject to availability and to differing fire and safety laws.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Trip cancellation, baggage loss, health and accident insurance is available upon request to protect participants against unforeseen circumstances that may cause interruption or cancellation of trip as well as loss of property. Because neither Reynolds Travel nor Collegiate Athletic Travel is responsible for losses due to trip cancellation by participant (see following) and/or loss of luggage, we strongly recommend the purchase of appropriate insurance coverage. Reynolds Travel will mail an optional insurance form with your deposit confirmation.
